Most packages are shipped on the next business day after you have placed your order, however many times packages will ship on the same business day. Business days constitute weekdays, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Extra days, such as the day before Christmas, the day before New Years day, and other days may be considered holidays as well. Note that if you ask for expedited shipping near a weekend, the weekend does not count towards your expedited shipping. For example, if you choose 2 Business Days on Thursday, and your order is shipped Friday, they will receive your package on Tuesday, unless any of the Friday, Monday or Tuesdays are holidays.
AK and HI residents may be charged additional shipping fees.
We are a care package company - orders that only contain items found in our Additional Items section will incur an additional $5.99 shipping fee on top of the shipping fee for the chosen delivery service. Orders that include any of our care packages will not incur this fee.
Goody Giftbox will choose the shipping carrier at our discretion. Goody Giftbox is not responsible for misdelivered or late shipments due to carrier mistakes, acts of God, incorrect addresses, security checks, or any circumstance beyond our control which may cause your package to not be received on time.

If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Your name and order number is required for us to cancel your order. You may also cancel your order by contacting us via our customer service phone line. Please be aware that once an item has shipped, we are unable to cancel the order and the order will be processed as a returned item. Many times orders will ship very quickly, so please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel your order. Once we have cancelled your order, you will receive an email from us confirming that the cancellation has been completed. If the order has already been shipped, we will notify you as to how you can return the item in the most efficient manner once you receive it. In this case, please do not open the package when it arrives.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase. If for any reason you are not, please contact us within 14 calendar days of your order date and we will work with you to resolve the problem. Partial or full refunds are decided on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to substitute items of equal or greater value when an item is unavailable.
Military Orders
Unfortunately, not all packages reach soldiers as intended. We ship to the military APO/FPO address that you give us. If this address is incorrect or if the package gets lost in transit, there is no way to verify where the package is or when, if ever, it will arrive. Unfortunately this is beyond our control. Military orders can take up eight weeks to reach the individual(s) that the package has been sent to. We will not issue any credit until eight weeks has passed from the day that the package was ordered. If the package has not arrived by then, we will credit the card used in the purchase for merchandise only. Postage and labor cannot be credited back.

Q. How long will it take for my order to arrive to my loved one in the Armed Forces?
A. It depends. We can only ship your order via USPS Priority Mail. Typically, these shipments arrive to the US Military sorting facilities within 2-3 business days. Once they arrive at the sorting facility, it is up to the military to get your package to your soldier. This can take anywhere from a few days to a few weeks, depending on where your soldier is stationed and what activity they are currently engaged in.
Q. How do I know if my package has been delivered to my soldier?
A. USPS Priority Mail packages are not trackable, so the only way that you can know that they received the package is to hear from them. If the package had the wrong address, it should eventually end up back to us, as our return address is on every box. If we receive the package back, we will notify you to resolve the issue. If your soldier does not receive their package after 6 weeks, and their friends are receiving their packages, please contact us to resolve the issue.
Q. Do the colors or products pictured match the item that I will receive?
A. Many products do not contain the exact same items pictured. However, if an item is specifically said to be included in your order, every attempt is made to ensure that the item you receive is the item that was pictured on our website. However, on rare occasion, there may be items which do not exactly match the color or style shown. Usually if this is the case, you will be notified in the item's listing. We reserve the right to substitute items of equal or greater value when an item is unavailable.
Q. How can your prices be so low?
A. We make every effort to find suppliers that offer us the products that we sell at the least possible price.

A. Currently, we only offer shipping to US residents, and to APO and FPO boxes. HI and AK residents are charged an additional charge.

GIDDYGIFTBOX.COM shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within WA. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other state.

Refunds are made on a case by case basis. All defective merchandise must be returned within 14 calendar days of the invoice date. Defective merchandise will ONLY be replaced with the same, but NEW product. GIDDYGIFTBOX.COM and parent company are not reponsible for any allergy or medicinal issues that arise from the consumption of the retail products in our packages. ALL SHIPPING AND INSURANCE CHARGES ARE PAID FOR BY THE CUSTOMER (NO COD WILL BE ACCEPTED). Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable under any circumstances.
